Las Vegas Parking Fees 2027: Strip, Downtown, Airport and Event Rates

A valet attendant opening a car door under the porte-cochere of a Las Vegas Strip hotel at dusk, parking garage ramps and Strip lights behind

Free parking used to be the Las Vegas house rule. Now it is a patchwork: two Strip resorts still charge nothing at all, the big groups charge $20 to $25 a day with loyalty programs that quietly waive it, locals get a three-hour rule that most visitors never hear about, and the airport and the stadiums run their own systems entirely. This is the operator-by-operator table for 2027, checked against each operator's official parking page on October 28, 2026. Where an operator does not publish a readable rate (Caesars) or contradicts itself (Plaza, Circa, Wynn's valet), the page says so instead of picking a number. Parking is the third leg of our Prices series, alongside Las Vegas resort fees and the full trip cost breakdown.

Caesars note: Caesars' own parking page exists but its rate tables do not render as readable text, so the Caesars dollar figures above are the rates reported unanimously by independent trackers and Caesars property FAQs at the check; the Nevada 3-hour rule and the Platinum waivers are confirmed in text on caesars.com itself. If your trip turns on a Caesars price, confirm it on the property's page before you go. Wynn note: Wynn's parking page says valet is $40; one older terms page on the same site still says $35. We print the parking page figure.

The three free hours, and other ways to pay nothing

The Nevada rule. Show a Nevada driver licence and MGM, Caesars and The Venetian each give you the first 3 hours of self-parking free. The mechanics matter: at MGM you scan the licence at the exit gate, not at the pay-on-foot machines, and every operator voids the perk during special events or event-rate periods. It is built for locals running an errand or a dinner, not for a show night. The Wynn variant is better and open to everyone: the first 3 hours of self-parking are free for all visitors, and registered guests pay nothing at all. The loyalty shortcut. The waivers start lower than most people think: MGM's Pearl tier (the one its credit card grants automatically) already makes self-parking free, Caesars Platinum does the same there, and Venetian Rewards Sapphire covers self-parking at The Venetian. If you drive to the Strip more than a couple of times a year, one of these cards is the cheapest parking pass in town. The honest default. If your hotel is Treasure Island, SAHARA, Circus Circus or any off-Strip locals property (Station Casinos chain-wide, South Point with its free 24-hour valet, Boyd's Orleans, Gold Coast, Sam's Town and Suncoast), parking is simply free, no card and no clock. Boyd publishes no dedicated parking page, so its free status rests on its own property marketing and unanimous tracker agreement.

Downtown: cheaper, messier

Downtown garages undercut the Strip but publish the city's least consistent prices. The Fremont Street Experience garage (111 South 4th Street) runs a 2026 rate card on its official site: an Early Bird special Monday to Thursday (3 AM to 5 PM entry) at $4 an hour capped at $20, and standard tiers the rest of the time that reach $25 for 3 to 24 hours. Golden Nugget is the cleanest downtown deal for guests (self-parking free; visitors pay a steep $25 Monday to Thursday and $50 Friday to Sunday; valet $20 for non-guests, free for Chairman and Elite cardholders). Circa's Garage Mahal charges $25 a day for self-parking per Circa's own site; its valet is $20 there but $15 on Fremont Street Experience's page for the same garage, so treat valet as $15 to $20. The Plaza gives guests free self-parking and validates with dining and play, but its own pages put the visitor rate at both $15 weekdays / $30 Friday to Saturday and $10 / $25, so budget the range, not a point. Event pricing can override any of this on fight and festival nights.

Harry Reid airport (LAS): the official rates

LAS parkingHow it buildsDaily maximum
Short Term (garage, both terminals)$4 first hour, $8 by two hours, then $5 an hour$38
Long Term (garage, both terminals)$12 for the first two hours, then $4 an hour$20
Economy (uncovered) and Remote Lot (7150 Gilespie St, free shuttle)$6 for the first two hours, then $2 an hour$14
ValetFlat$34
Reserved, pre-bookedTerminal 1 $30/day; Terminal 3 $23/day; Terminal 3 Reserve and Save $16/day Sat to Wed, $20 Thu to FriAs booked

The airport revised its rates in 2026 and older third-party pages still circulate the previous numbers (a $40 valet, a $26 garage), so trust the table above, from the airport's own parking pages. The cell phone lot is free while you wait for an arrival (stay with the car, 6 AM to 1 AM). Flying out is only half the driving story; if you are picking up a car instead, our Las Vegas rental car guide covers the Rent-A-Car Center, and the flight pages track what the trip in costs.

Event nights: Allegiant, T-Mobile, Sphere and the Grand Prix

Stadium and arena parking is a separate market with one rule: buy it in advance or do not drive. Allegiant Stadium sells single-event passes through SpotHero and warns that day-of parking may not exist; its own lot map prices the close-in lots at $100, the mid lots around $45 to $50, and Lot Z at $40 per event, with thousands more spaces in the surrounding mile priced by the market. T-Mobile Arena owns no garage at all: its Reserved Event Parking pre-pays a space in the Park MGM, New York-New York or Aria garages through ParkMobile, is non-refundable, stays first-come even with a pass, can be bought up to 7 hours before the event, and is not sold on site that night. MGM's official parking page posts no event prices at all, only that prices may be higher during special events and that Pearl-and-above members may get complimentary event parking when available. Sphere nights ride on the normal Venetian and Wynn garages above (see the Sphere calendar for the big dates), and Grand Prix weekend is its own world of closures, covered in the F1 road closures guide. If you are weighing the car against everything else, getting around Las Vegas runs the full comparison.

All rates checked October 28, 2026, against the operators' official pages: MGM Resorts parking, The Venetian parking FAQs, Wynn parking, Treasure Island guest services, SAHARA guest services, the Fremont Street Experience 2026 parking card, Golden Nugget FAQ, Circa, South Point, Station Casinos, and Harry Reid International Airport parking. Event-lot map figures for Allegiant are the stadium's published lot prices as transcribed by parking guides; SpotHero and ParkMobile show the live price for a specific event at booking.
