The artist presale for John Mayer's six-night Sphere residency opens today, October 7, 2026, at 10am PT. The presale timeline
Tickets roll out in three windows this week. The artist presale opens today, Wednesday, October 7, at 10am PT for fans who registered at JohnMayer.com (registration runs through Seated). The SiriusXM presale follows on Thursday, October 8, for listeners of his Life with John Mayer channel, with access details announced on the channel. The general public on-sale is Friday, October 9, at 10am PT through Ticketmaster. VIP packages and concert-and-hotel packages already went on sale September 30.

That starting price covers the general on-sale, and the same floor applies across the presale windows. Premium VIP packages include priority seating, exclusive merchandise, and a date-specific lithograph signed by Mayer. One dollar from every ticket sold goes to Mayer's Back to You Fund, which supports programs for at-risk youth and people experiencing homelessness. A separate set of tickets is being auctioned at charityauctionstoday.com, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Heart and Armor Foundation, the veterans' health nonprofit Mayer founded in 2012.

Mayer plays Sphere on six nights in April 2027, with doors and an 8:00 PM PT showtime each evening:

Three sets in one night
Each night runs through three distinct formats in a single evening: a solo set, a full band performance, and a set with the John Mayer Trio. The solo portion puts Mayer alone onstage, leaning on his acoustic guitar with performances on piano and electric guitar. The Trio reunites him with drummer Steve Jordan and bassist Pino Palladino.
This is Mayer's first Sphere run as a solo headliner, but he knows the room well. He previously played the venue with Dead and Company across two residencies in 2024 and 2025, reportedly drawing nearly 500,000 fans across the run.
