Best Spas in Las Vegas: Day Pass Prices, Non-Guest Rules and What Each Pass Includes

A Las Vegas spa day pass costs from $40 (The Westin, off Strip) to a reported $180 (Fontainebleau), with most Strip spas between $75 and $150, checked October 29, 2026 against official spa pages and the resorts' own day pass booking channel, ResortPass. The catch is access: some spas sell passes to anyone, some only to their own hotel guests, and at several the smart buy is a treatment, because the pass comes included. This page is the full price table, what each pass actually includes, and the non-guest rule at every major spa. Staying over? The hotel guides linked below carry the room side of each property.

Most passes are full day unless a duration is shown. Nearly every spa adds a service charge of about 20 percent, and every spa on this list is 18 or older (Canyon Ranch admits 14 to 17 year olds to parts of the facility with a parent or guardian). Where a price is labeled reported, the property does not publish it and the figure comes from recent visitor reports and booking channel listings, so confirm before you go.
Which spas sell day passes to non-guests?
Most of them, with three exceptions to plan around. Spa Mandalay is guests only at its own desk: MGM limits the facilities to guests of Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas, but the same pass is sold to anyone through ResortPass and GetYourGuide, free cancellation up to 2 days ahead on the latter. Sahra at The Cosmopolitan sells facility passes to hotel guests only ($100 Monday to Thursday, confirmed by an October 2026 guest review); non-guests get in by booking a treatment. Lapis Spa at Fontainebleau flips the rule by day of week: the public can book Monday to Thursday, and Friday to Sunday is registered guests only. Everywhere else on the table (Canyon Ranch, Qua, Spa Aquae, Waldorf Astoria, Virgin, Westin, Wynn and Encore, Awana), a non-guest can buy in, directly or through ResortPass.
What does each pass actually include?
- Canyon Ranch (The Venetian): the Aquavana thermal suite, fitness center and classes, locker rooms, robes and sandals, lounge beverages. The largest wellness footprint on the Strip, open 6 AM to 8 PM. Hotel guide: The Venetian.
- Qua Baths & Spa (Caesars Palace): three Roman baths (tepidarium, caldarium, frigidarium), cedarwood sauna, herbal steam, laconium, an Arctic Ice Room, whirlpool and a tea lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, across 50,000 square feet. Hotel guide: Caesars Palace.
- Spa Mandalay: hydrotherapy pool, hot and warm whirlpools, eucalyptus steam, saunas, cold plunge, relaxation lounge and the fitness center on the booking channel version. Open 7 AM to 6 PM. Hotel guide: Mandalay Bay.
- Waldorf Astoria Spa: indoor vitality pool with Strip views, herbal steam rooms, laconium with heated chairs, experience showers, ice fountains, zen lounges, robe and slippers, complimentary teas and snacks, and free valet parking. Hotel guide: Waldorf Astoria.
- Spa Aquae (JW Marriott, Summerlin): the Aquae Ritual area, Hydro Lounge and spa pool, co-ed steam and sauna, outdoor hot plunge and meditation room. The locals favorite, about 20 minutes off the Strip, and the only spa here whose full price list is on its own official FAQ.
- Sahra (The Cosmopolitan): one of the few authentic hammams in the US, vitality pool with rain showers, steam, sauna, cold mist room and a co-ed bridge lounge. Hotel guide: The Cosmopolitan.
- Awana (Resorts World): six vitality pools, crystal laconium, tepidarium chairs, Rain Walk and the Aufguss sauna ritual shows, inside the 3 hour passport.
- Lapis (Fontainebleau): 55,000 square feet with a hammam, hydrotherapy circuit, Himalayan salt room and a snow shower room, inside the 4 hour passport.
When is a treatment better value than a pass?
More often than the spas advertise. Canyon Ranch includes the pass with any service of $100 or more. Spa Mandalay and Waldorf Astoria include facility access with a booked treatment. Spa Aquae includes it with any treatment of 50 minutes or longer. Awana includes the 3 hour passport with any treatment of 60 minutes or longer. Sahra waives the facility fee at $120 or more in treatments, which is the only way in for non-guests. Qua gives treatment guests 3 hours of amenity access at no extra charge, and Wynn charges no facility fee on the day of a reserved treatment. If a massage was already in your plan, price the treatment first: at half this table, it beats buying the pass separately.
Bookable in advance
The two passes with a clean online checkout for non-guests are the Waldorf Astoria spa pass ($139.62 on GetYourGuide, free cancellation up to 2 days ahead) and the Mandalay Bay spa pass on GetYourGuide (same cancellation terms); both are fulfilled by ResortPass, the platform the resorts use for day pass sales. One honest note: Viator does not sell the Strip resort spa passes, whatever older roundups say. What Viator does sell is off Strip day spa packages in Summerlin, including the Salt Room's 2 hour pamper package (massage plus salt cave, from $169, rated 5.0) and its combination pamper package (massage, facial and halotherapy). Different product, a treatment bundle rather than a resort facility pass, but bookable today.
